An invisible grill replaces the heavy welded grill with fine stainless steel cables tensioned vertically between slim tracks fixed at the floor and ceiling. The cables are spaced closely enough that a child cannot slip through, yet they are thin enough that from a few feet back the balcony still reads as open. Nothing blocks your light, your breeze or your skyline.

Maanvika Grills & Nets has been fitting safety netting across Chennai for over a decade. We are not a handyman service that also does nets — netting, grills and hangers are the whole of our business, and the crew who measure your balcony are the same people who install it.
We work out of two branches, Anna Nagar and Madipakkam, which lets us reach most parts of the city quickly for both the survey and the fitting. Every quotation follows a physical measurement, so the price we give you is the price you pay.

No. The visit, the measurement and the quotation are all free, anywhere in Chennai.
You are under no obligation to book after we have been out.
A single balcony is usually finished within a day. Larger jobs such as a full sports
enclosure or several floors of an apartment block take longer, and we will tell you
the expected duration in the quotation rather than after starting.
No. We anchor into the structural edges rather than through finished tile faces, and
we choose the fixing method to suit the surface. If the net is ever removed, the
balcony is left sound.
UV-treated netting holds up for years in Chennai conditions, and 316-grade cable on
an invisible grill lasts considerably longer again. Untreated netting is what fails
after a season or two, which is why we do not fit it.
